What is a controlled device?

Jydo's pricing applies to controlled devices only. A controlled device is any piece of hardware that Jydo sends or receives commands to or from, excluding touch surfaces such as iPads.

How do I install your software?

We will work with your IT department or preferred local audio/video integrator to install the Jydo server.

What devices are supported?

Jydo supports over a 1,000 models of audio/video devices. If you are curious if your device is supported, don't hesitate to contact us.

What devices can I run the Jydo interface on?

Jydo runs on most web-enabled devices. For your consideration, we have found that the iPad Mini 2 with iOS 8+ provides the best user experience.
